Mini pizzas Base 2cups flour. Half tsp salt. 2tsp baking powder. 1egg. 2tblsp ghee. Boiling milk and water make a soft dough roll cut with a a square cutter. Bake for 8-10min on a greased pan. Tomato chutney. 3tomatoes liquidised. 3tblsp fried onions. 1tsp salt. Half tsp haldi. 1tsp chilli powder. 1tsp oreganum. 1tsp garlic. Half cup tomato sauce. Half cup steers peri peri sauce. Cook above and spread on each base. Chicken. 2cups fillet cubed. 2tblsp ghee. 1tsp salt. 2tsp chilli powder. 1tsp red ginger garlic masala. Half tsp black pepper. Cook chicken in above. Add 2tbls steers mustard sauce. 2tblsp steers mustard sauce. Spread chicken over chutney. Top with gouda and mozarella cheese 3 colour peppers green chilli slices pineapple cubes and oreganum. Bake or micro till cheese melts. |
