1 container | Safeway Select® Double Fudge Mocha Ice Cream, softened |
14 ea. Safeway Select® Madeleine’s | |
1 cup ( 8 oz) | Safeway Select® Hazelnut Coffee, brewed and cooled |
5 Tbsp. | Safeway Select® Hazelnut Spread |
2 Tbsp. | Lucerne® Heavy Whipping Cream |
Directions
Spray an 8”x 8” square pan with cooking spray and then line with plastic wrap.
Spread half of the ice cream into the lined baking pan.
Dip half of the cookies into coffee then place on top of the ice cream.
Evenly spread the second half of the ice cream over the cookies.
Dip remaining cookies into coffee then place on top layer of ice cream. Slightly push cookies into the ice cream. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set.
Remove ice cream dessert from freezer. Invert onto serving platter and remove the plastic wrap.
Combine the hazelnut spread and the cream in a microwave safe dish and heat for 15-20 seconds. Mix well.
Drizzle hazelnut spread over ice cream cake and return to the freezer until ready to eat.
