Squash

* preheat oven to 400 degrees
Directions:
- cut the squash in half and remove the seeds
- place in a casserole dish face up and put pats of butter in the center
- bake for 10 minutes
- remove from oven and turn them over so they are face down then continue to cook for 50 minutes
