| 3 tbsp. | white wine vinegar |
| 1 tbsp. | lemon juice |
| 3 tbsp. | onion, chopped |
| 1 tbsp. | chives, chopped |
| 1/8 tsp. | salt |
| 1/2 c. | sour cream |
| 3 tbsp. | mashed anchovie |
| 1/3 c. | parsley |
| 1 small clove | garlic |
| 2 tsp. | capers, chopped |
| 1/8 tsp. | pepper |
Directions:
- combine all ingredients and blend
- cover tightly and chill for 3-4 hours
