APPETIZER - stuffed jalapeños

1 lb | pork sausage |
1 8 oz pkg | Cream cheese, softened |
22 | Jalapeños |
1 cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Heat oven to 425. Cook sausage until browned, drain. Mix softened cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Add sausage and mix well. Rinse and clean jalapeños, cut in half. Fill with mixture. Bake for 20 minutes on cookie sheet.
