Shrimp & Bacon Penna

8oz | penne |
2 slices | bacon |
5 | garlic cloves |
1 lb | shrimp |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
5 cups | baby spinach |
1/2 tsp | kosher salt |
1. Cook penna, reserve 3/4 cup liquid.
2. Cook & crumble bacon, reserving fat. Add garlic to drippings, then shrimp.
3. Boil cooking liquid and oil, add pasta, then spinach shrimp, salt. Top w/ bacon.
