Slightly more than 1/3 C Hot Water - combine oatmeal & hot water - heat in pan slowly stirring to get the consistency Applesauce Pumpkin purée
      Mashed canned fruit
      Mashed ripe banana
Whipped silken Tofu 1/4 C = 1 egg 1 Tbsp ground Flax seeds + 3 Tbsp water
    2 Tbsp  water
    1 Tbsp  oil
    2 Tbsp  baking powder
    2-4 oz  yogurt
    1/2 tsp  oil
Binding agents:
      Mashed potato
      Tomato paste
      Rolled oats
      Breadcrumbs
      Cornmeal
      flour
      Arrowroot
Replace egg white:
    1 Tbsp  Agar powder
    1 Tbsp  water
