Hot fudge sauce

Hot fudge. Sauce | |
1 cup | heavy cream |
2 Tbs | light corn syrup |
12 oz. | semisweet chocolate |
2 tsp. . pure vanilla
In a medium saucepan combine the cream and corn syrup and bring to a boil
Over medium heat.
Remove from the heat, add the chocolate and whisk until melted, stir in vanilla
Sèrve or pour into jar and let cool completely before refrigeration for up to two weeks. Warm in microwave or in a small sauce pan before serving
