Savory Cauli-tato soup (Ornit)

| Combine 1/2 head chopped cauliflower |
3 medium cubed potatoes, 1 lg diced Spanish onion, 3 stalks diced celery, 3 finely diced carrots in Dutch oven
Cover with water & bring to boil.
Simmer partially covered for at least 1 hr
Add ground pepper, sage, marjoram for taste
Add 1/2 tsp fresh minced garlic (optional)
Simmer 10 min
Cool & purée
May be served hot or cold
