Garlic Shrimp

Sautéed Garlic Shrimp | |
6 tablespoons | butter |
2 pounds | large, raw shrimp, (thawed, peeled, and deveined) |
4 medium cloves | garlic, finely minced |
1/3 cup | fresh chopped fresh parsley |
3 tablespoons | lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
Instructions
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat for 45 seconds.
Add the shrimp and garlic and sauté until shrimp begin to turn pink. This takes about 5 minutes.
Lower the heat and add the parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
Stir well to coat the shrimp.
Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the shrimp to a platter and serve immediately.
