| 1-1/2 C. | Shredded Cheese |
| 2 C. | Diced Cooked Ham OR substitute Sausage |
| 1/2 C. | Green Onion |
| 8 | Beaten eggs |
| 2-12oz. cans | Evaporated Milk |
| 1/4 tsp. | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp. | Pepper |
Arrange potatoes evenly in 13x9 Pan
Sprinkle with Cheese, Ham & Onion
Mix together.. Egg, Milk, Salt & Pepper.. Pour over Potato & Cheese mixture
Bake 350 45-55 min
