Rose's moms candied sweet potatoes

| Brown sugar | |

| Margarine | |
Place sweet potatoes in pan. Pour juice from potatoes in sauce pan. Add 1/2 c water & bring to boil. Add 1/4 c brown sugar & 3 tbsp margarine. Boil on ole flame 5 min, until sugar dissolved. Pour over potatoes, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in oven 15 min. Baste 2-3 times
