Spinach balls

| 10 oz pkg | chopped spinach |
| 1 c | herbal stuffing |
| 1 medium | onion chopped |
| 2 | eggs beaten |
| 1/4 c | butter melted |
| 1/4 c | Parmesan cheese |
| 1 1/2 tsp | garlic salt |
| 1/2 tsp | pepper |
Cook spinach & press water out, mix with other ingredients and roll into balls. Freeze on cookie sheet & then store bags in freezer. When ready to serve place frozen/ refrigerated balls on sheet. Bake 20-30 min @350. Makes 36
