| 1 1/4 c | fine zweiback crumbs |
| 1 grated lemon rind | |
| 1 lb | cream cheese |
| 2 tbsp | flour |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 2/3 c | evaporated milk |
| 1/4 c | soft margarine |
| 1/2 c | sugar |
| 3 eggs separated Mix crumbs, lemon rind, margarine, and 2 tbsp sugar. Press on the bottom & sides of loose bottom 9 in layer pan. Add egg yolks to cheese mix well. Add 1/2 c sugar, flour, salt, milk. Beat egg whites with 1/4 c sugar until stiff. Fold onto cheese mixture. Pour into pan & bake at 325 for 50 min Topping: | |

Combine spread on cake & bake 5 min longer
Then chill
