Sour cream pound cake

2 3/4 cup | sugar |
1 cup | margarine |
3 cups | flour |
1/4 tsp | baking soda |
1 cup | sour cream |
1/2 tsp | lemon extract |
1/2 tsp | orange extract |
1/2 tsp | vanilla extract |
1/2 tsp | salt, (optional) |
Cream, sugar, margarine, add eggs and beat one at a time. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream. Add extracts and beat until smooth. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours in greased 10" tube pan.
