    1 package  yeast
    1 1/4 cups  warm water
    3 1/2 - 4 cups  sifted flour
    1/2 tsp  salt

Sprinkle yeast on warm water. Stir to dissolve. Add 2 cups flour and salt and beat thoroughly. Stir in remaining flour. Turn onto lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic about 10 minutes. Place in lightly greased bowl and turn dough over to grease top. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled about 30 minutes. Turn onto board and knead just long enough to force out large bubbles. Divide in 1/2 roll each 1/2 to make an 11 inch circle. Stretch each circle to fit an oiled 12 inch pizza pan. Add filling. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
