2 Step Tomato Chicken Mozzarella

1 tbsp (15 mL) | vegetable oil |
4 (about 1 lb/500 g) | boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
1 can CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Tomato Soup | |
1 tsp (5 mL) | dried oregano leaves, crushed |
1/2 cup (125 mL) | shredded Mozzarella cheese |
Directions
1. Brown chicken well in heated oil at medium-high heat in large skillet.
2. Add 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup mixed with dried oregano leaves, crushed. Simmer, covered, until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
