2# | pork sausage |
1 cup | all-purpose flour |
2 | eggs beaten, ( more if needed) |
4 cups | dried bread crumps, seasoned (panko bread crumps) |
1. Preheat oven to 350, heat oil in deep fryer.
2. Prepare the boiled eggs
3. Flatten the pork sausage and make a patty to surround the egg. Very lightly flour the sausage and coat with beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs and cover firmly.
4. Deep fry or bake in oven until done(325 for 45 min)
5. Cut in half to serve ( good with mustard)
Use 8 boiled eggs with recipe Maybe serve with mustard, hollandaise sauce, Thousand Island dressing or any type of favored dips.
