Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs

6 | Eggs, steamed |
½ to 1 oz | Blue Cheese |
1 to 2 Tbs | Mayo |
¼ tsp | Yellows Mustard, Just squirt |
Pinch | Salt |
1 slice | Bacon bits, Optional |
Steam eggs: Place eggs in a sauce pan, cover with water by 2 inches
Bring to boil, turn off heat and steam for 10 minutes
Peal eggs, slice in half, remove yellows to a shallow bowl
Add Blue Cheese, Mayo, Mustard and Salt
Use fork to combine
Adjust to taste
Fill Egg halves
