Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken

Prep Time: 65 min Cook Time: 20 min Ingredients 1¼ cups (300 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Ready to Use 25% Less Salt Chicken Broth | |
3 tbsp (45 mL) | lemon juice |
1 tsp (5 mL) | each, dried basil leaves and dried thyme leaves, crushed |
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) | ground black pepper |
4 (about 1 lb/500 g) | boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
Directions
1. Mix broth, lemon juice, basil, thyme and pepper. Reserve 3/4 cup (175 mL) for basting; refrigerate.
2. Pour remaining broth mixture into shallow non-metallic dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, turning occasionally. Discard marinade.
3. Grill chicken for 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with reserved broth mixture.
