Zucchini and carrot spice muffins

2 t | baking powder |
1 1/2 t | cinnamon |
1/2 t | allspice |
1/2 t | nutmeg |
1/2 t | salt |
1 1/4 cups | brown sugar |
3 | eggs |
1 cup | milk |
1/2 cup | oil |
1/2 cup | applesauce |
1/2 t | vanilla |
1 1/2 cups | grated zucchini |
1 1/2 cups | grated carrots |
1/2 cup | chopped pecans |
Sift together flour, baking soda, and spices into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, milk and oil. Combine all ingredients until just moistened. Divide batter into greased muffin cups. Bake in a 375 degree oven for approximately 18-20 minutes.
