Chicken & Noodles Casserole

Ingredients: | |
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) | Cream of Chicken Soup |
1/2 cup | milk |
1 cup | frozen mixed vegetables |
2 cups | cubed cooked chicken |
1/4 of a 12-ounce package medium egg noodles (about 2 cups), cooked and drained | |
1/4 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon | ground black pepper |
1/2 cup | shredded Cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Stir the soup, milk, vegetables, chicken, noodles, Parmesan cheese and black pepper in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
2. Bake at 400°F. for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
