Meat loaf with Louisiana Creole Sauce - Jenn-Air book

1 1/2 pound | lean ground Beef |
1 medium-size | onion finely chopped |
1/2 cup | seasoned dry bread crumbs |
1 TABL finely chopped parsley or 1tsp dry parsley | |
1 tsp | oregano |
1/2 t | thyme |
1/2 tsp | marjoram |
2 tsp | prepared mustard |
1 TABL Worcestershire sauce | |
1/2 cup | tomato sauce |
2 | eggs, lightly beaten |
Salt | |
pepper |
Combine all ingredients & mix thoroughly with hands. Form mixture into a slightly flattened round loaf & place on a rack in a shallow 10 inch baking dish. Preheat convected oven ton400 degree. Place baking dish on rack position 2 & bake for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350 degree & continue baking 30 minutes longer. Continue part two
