CHICKEN - Pad Thai Fake Out

Pad Thai Fake Out Ingredients: | |
1 lb. | chicken breasts |
1 package | rice noodles |
1/4 cup | soy sauce |
2 clove | garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon | chili paste |
1 to 2 teaspoon | fresh ginger, minced |
1 teaspoon | fish sauce |
1 to 2 teaspoon | honey |
1 teaspoon | lime juice |
1 teaspoon | toasted sesame oil |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
1/2 teaspoon | pepper |
1/4 cup | chopped cilantro |
Bean sprouts | |
Shredded Carrots | |
Green Onions, cut into 2 to 3 inch lengths | |
3 tablespoons | chopped cashews or peanuts |
Directions:
1. Roast chicken breasts with olive oil, salt and pepper, set aside to cool. Slice.
2. Cook and drain the rice noodles according to the package directions.
3. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, chili paste, ginger, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, salt & pepper. Whisk until blended.
4. Heat a wok or large fry pan with a drizzle of peanut oil and add chicken, bean sprouts, shredded carrots, green onions, cilantro and noodles. Pour sauce over chicken/noodles. Stir fry until everything is heated through.
5. Plate and top with cashews or peanuts.
