Satisfy cheeseburger lovers with an easy-bake version you can whip up in minutes with Bisquick* mix. PREP TIME: 10 MINS | TOTAL TIME: 45 MINS | MAKES: 16-20 Ingredients:
    1 1/4 lbs (750 g)  lean ground beef
      chicken, alternative
      turkey, alternative
    1 1/4 cups (300 mL)  chopped onion
    1 can (10 oz/284 mL)  condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/4 cups (300 mL) Green Giant* Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    1/2 cup (125 mL)  milk
2 1/3 cups (575 mL) BISQUICK* mix
    2/3 cup (150 mL)  water
    1 1/3 cups (325 mL)  shredded Cheddar cheese

Method:

Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Generously spray bottom and sides of 15x10-inch (38x25 cm) baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. In large non-stick skillet, cook beef, turkey or chicken and onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
In large bowl, stir Bisquick* mix and water until moistened. Spread evenly in pan. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese
Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
For this recipe you'll need Mixed VegetablesTime-Saver: If you don't feel like chopping onions, you can find frozen chopped onion in the frozen vegetable section of the supermarket.
