Roasted Asparagus with Garlic

2 cloves | garlic, (minced) |
salt and pepper (to taste) | |
2 teaspoons | olive oil |
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. In a shallow pan toss asparagus with oil to coat. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Roast uncovered for 6 to 8 minutes
until crisp, but tender. Shake pan occasionally .
