Hot Dog and Potato Dinner

2 1/3 cups (575 mL) | hot water |
2/3 cup (150 mL) | milk |
1/2 cup (125 mL) Green Giant* Frozen Sweetlets* Peas or SummerSweet Peas | |
6 | hot dogs, cut into 1-inch pieces |
1/2 cup (125 mL) | shredded Cheddar cheese |
Method:
Stir together potatoes, sauce mix, hot water and milk in large skillet; stir in frozen peas until separated.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
Stir in hot dogs; cover and heat 3 to 4 minutes or just until hot dogs are hot. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Cover; let stand about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
