Roast Turkey Fajita

| 1 tbsp (15 mL) | vegetable oil |
| 1 | green pepper |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 pkg (470 g) Old El Paso* Fajita Dinner Kit | |
| 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) | turkey, cut into strips |
| shredded cheese | |
| sour cream | |
Method:
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook green pepper and onion 3 minutes until tender- crisp.
Stir in turkey, seasoning mix and 1/4 cup (50 mL) water; cook for 2 minutes.
Heat tortillas according to package directions.
Spoon some fajita filling onto each tortilla. Top with fajita sauce, and if desired shredded cheese and sour cream.
Roll up tortillas to serve.
