1 | poulet à rôtir, coupe papillon, de 3 lb (1,5 kg) |
1 tasse (250 mL) | yogourt nature 2 % Astro Original de type Balkan |
1 c. à soupe (15 mL) | chacun de jus de citron et de poudre de cari |
1 c. à thé (5 mL) | chacun de cumin, coriandre, gingembre moulus, et poudre d’ail |
½ c. à thé (2,5 mL) | fenouil |
½ c. à thé (2,5 mL) | poivre de Cayenne |
½ c. à thé (2,5 mL) | cannelle |
½ c. à thé (2,5 mL) | clou de girofle moulus |
½ c. à thé (2,5 mL) | sel |
PRÉPARATION
Dans un grand bol, bien mélanger tous les ingrédients.
À l’aide d’un couteau bien affûté, faire plusieurs incisions sur la peau de l’agneau ou du poulet, à environ ½ pouce de profondeur. Bien enduire la viande de marinade et cuire au barbecue ou au four à 400 °F (200 °C) jusqu’à cuisson complète.
Laisser mariner la viande pendant 2 ou 3 heures, ou toute la nuit, pour que la chair soit encore plus tendre et savoureuse.
