    1 tbsp  olive oil
    1 large  onion diced
    3 stalks  celery chopped
    3  carrots diced
    2 t  thyme
    2 t  marjoram
    1 small  sweet potato cubed
    1 c  chopped Brussels sprouts
    1 can  fire roasted tomato, (14.5oz)
    4 c  chicken broth
    2 c  chopped spinach
      Salt
      pepper to taste
Sauté onion until soft. Add celery, carrot, thyme, marjoram. Cook till carrots tender. Add sweet potato sprouts tomatoes and broth. Simmer until veggies tender. Add spinach remove from heat. Salt and pepper to taste Whole recipe 1280 calories
