Ingredients:
    1 Box  Large Shells, 36 shells
    1 Container  Ricotta Cheese
    Container  Cottage Cheese
    1 Container  Mozzarella Cheese
    1 Container  Cheddar, (Medium)
    1 Container  Parmesan Cheese
    1 Package  Spinach, (Frozen and well-squeezed)
    1  Parsley
      dill, alternative
Method: Cook noodles for 10 minutes only and plunge in cold water. Mix Ricotta and Cottage cheese and add the rest of cheeses. Add drained spinach. Meat Sauce
    1 Lb.  Ground Beef, lean
    1 Large  Onion, chopped
    3 Cloves  Garlic Chopped
    1 Large Can  Tomato Sauce
    1 Large Can  Diced Tomotoes
Line 9 X 13 pan with thin layer of meat sauce. Stuff shells with cheese mixture (1T mixture) and line up into pan close to-gether. Top with meat sauce and sprinkle with Paresan Cheese. Cover with foil and put in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes and serve.
