1 Box | Large Shells, 36 shells |
1 Container | Ricotta Cheese |
Container | Cottage Cheese |
1 Container | Mozzarella Cheese |
1 Container | Cheddar, (Medium) |
1 Container | Parmesan Cheese |
1 Package | Spinach, (Frozen and well-squeezed) |
1 | Parsley |

Method: Cook noodles for 10 minutes only and plunge in cold water. Mix Ricotta and Cottage cheese and add the rest of cheeses. Add drained spinach. Meat Sauce | |
1 Lb. | Ground Beef, lean |
1 Large | Onion, chopped |
3 Cloves | Garlic Chopped |
1 Large Can | Tomato Sauce |
1 Large Can | Diced Tomotoes |
Line 9 X 13 pan with thin layer of meat sauce. Stuff shells with cheese mixture (1T mixture) and line up into pan close to-gether. Top with meat sauce and sprinkle with Paresan Cheese. Cover with foil and put in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes and serve. | |
