Salmon pesto pasta
Nb persons: 4
1 1/4 lb | spaghetti |
parmesan, to taste | |
Sauce: | |
6 tbsp | fresh basil, wash, mince |
1 1/2 tbsp | pine seeds, crushed |
2 cloves | garlic, crushed |
1/2 cup | parmesan, grated |
6 tbsp | milk |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
1/2 lb | smoked salmon, cut in 2x1 in pieces |
Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
Reserve a few basil's leaves and salmon pieces as garnish, mix well the sauce ingredients. Mix with the cooked pasta.
Serve warm decorated with the reserved basil and salmon.
