Peanut Butter & Toffee Cookies

| 3/4 cups | unsalted butter, (softened) |
| 1/2 cup | creamy peanut butter |
| 2 tablespoons | canola oil |
| 1/2 cup | granulated sugar |
| 3/4 cups | brown sugar, (packed) |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 1 teaspoon | baking soda |
| 2 1/2 cups | all purpose flour |
| 1 1/2 cup | semi sweet chocolate chips |
| 1 cup | toffee bits |
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl cream the butter, peanut butter, oil, and sugars. Add egg and salt and mix again. Add baking soda and flour gradually until incorporated. Do not over mix. Stir in chips and toffee.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake 6 minutes. Cool on wire racks and store in an airtight container.
