Spaetzle dumplings

| 2 cups | flour |
| 4 | eggs beaten |
| 1/3 cup | milk |
| 2 tsp | salt |
| 2 quarts | water |
| 1 tbsp | butter |
1. In a large bowl stir flour, eggs, milk and salt. Bring water to a boil. Pour dough into a colander coated with cooking spray. Place over boiling water.
2. With a wooden spoon press dough until small pieces drop into boiling water. Cook for 2 min or until they start to float. Remove with slotted spoon and toss with butter.
