Caribbean Seitan BBQ Wings

1/4 cup | ketchup |
1 tsp | molasses |
2 tbs | agave nectar |
1 | lime, juiced |
1 tsp | chipotle |
2 tsp | Slap Yo Mamma |
2 tbs | olive oil |
12 chunks seitan, medium sized
Mix everything together except the seitan and oil
Heat wok with oil until hot
Brown the seitan chuncks
add the BBQ sauce and coat the wings
Caramelize the sauce on the wings but do not burn (about 1 minute)
