Oatmeal raisin cookies

| 1 1/4 cup | butter |
| 3/4 cups | brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 tsp | vanilla |
| 1 1/2 cups | flour |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp | nutmeg |
| 3 cups | oats |
| 1 cup | raisins |
| 1/4 cup | walnuts |
Preheat oven to 375. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, baking soda, salt, spices, mix well. Stir in oats, raisins, and walnuts.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 minutes.
