Bethenny's Pad Thai fake out

Ingredients: | |
1 lb. | chicken breasts |
1 package | Asian rice noodles |
2 tablespoons | soy sauce |
1 clove | garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon | chili paste |
1/2 teaspoon | fresh ginger, minced |
1/2 teaspoon | fish sauce |
1 teaspoon | honey, warmed so soft |
1/2 teaspoon | lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon | toasted sesame oil |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 teaspoon | pepper |
2 tablespoons | chopped cilantro |
Bean sprouts | |
Shredded carrots | |
Zuchini | |
1 1/2 tablespoons | chopped cashews or peanuts |
Directions:
Cook chicken and set aside.
Cook and drain the rice noodles according to the package directions.
Add chicken, bean sprouts, shredded carrots and cilantro. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, chili paste, ginger, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, salt & pepper.
Whisk until blended and pour over noodles.
Top with cashews or peanuts.
Serve warm.
