Overnight Raspberry and Cream Cheese French Toast

1 loaf | french bread, cut into bite-sized cubes |
3/4-1 cup | raspberry jam |
1 8oz package | cream cheese |
2 cups | almond |
whole milk, alternative | |
4 | eggs |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1/2 cup | brown sugar |
1 pint | fresh raspberries |
Place half of bread cubes in bottom of 9"x13" pan.
Melt jam in microwave (30 seconds or less). Stir well. Drizzle over bread cubes.
Pinch off pieces of cream cheese and dot over bread and jam. Top with remaining bread cubes.
Place remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Mix thoroughly and pour over bread cubes. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.
Preheat oven to 325.
Bake covered for 20 mins. Uncover and bake an additional 15 mins.
Top with fresh raspberries.
