Source:
1 dozen eggs | |
1 quart | milk |
1 teaspoon | salt, ( I use a little more) |
1 tablespoon | sugar |
3 or 4 | cloves |
Crack eggs in a pan, add salt, milk, sugar and cloves. Put pan in a larger
kettle of water( this makes like a doubler boiler) and cook slowly until the
consistency of scrambled eggs and a clear liquid form in pan. Put your cloth in
a big colander and pour this mixture into it. Pick up the cloth with the mixture in it and squeeze and turn until it forms a ball. Now find a place to hang it to let the liquid run out. Make sure you put a pan or bucket under it. Take out of cloth and refrigerate it covered.
