Saucy Coconut Shrimp

1/2 lb (225gm) | uncooked shrimp |
2 cloves | garlic, minced |
1 tsp | crushed red pepper |
1/4c | coconut milk |
3 tbs | crunchy peanut butter |
3 tbs | lime juice |
2 tsp | soy sauce |
1/4 c | thin mango slices |
Heat oil on medium high, add shrimp, cook for 1 minute. Add garlic & crushed pepper. Cook until shrimp
