Shrimp Bisque

We only got a list of ingredients so this is what we did--- | |
5 | green onions chopped |
1 stick | butter |
1 can | cream of potato soup |
1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
1 can | Rotel |
1 can | shoe peg corn |
8 oz. | Velveeta |
2 pounds | shrimp |
1 pint | half & half |
We combined first 7 ingredients on low heat until hot stirring regularly. We cut the larger shrimp in half and added to soup mixture stirring until shrimp was done. Added milk last and stirred until hot. Turned off heat and reheated at halftime of ball game. Ate with salad and buttered bread. Very good!
