MEATBALLS - GROUND PORK - Italian Sausage Meatballs

Italian Sausage Meatballs Parade | |
1 lb | fresh, (raw) hot Italian sausage, casings removed |
½ lb | fresh, (raw) sweet Italian sausage, casings removed |
1 cup | grated Pecorino cheese |
½ cup | plain dry bread crumbs |
1 large | beaten egg |
¾ cup | chopped flat-leaf parsley |
2 minced peperoncini | |
1 Tbsp | tomato paste |
¼ tsp | kosher salt |
To make meatballs: Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine all ingredients (from 1 recipe above) in a bowl and mix gently with your hands until just blended. Roll into golf ball–size rounds and roast on parchment-lined baking sheets until cooked through and golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
