2 cups | Monterey jack cheese, shredded |
2 jars | artichoke hearts, marinated |
1 bunch | green onions, chopped |
2 cloves | garlic, chopped |
1/3 cup | pepperidge farm stuffing mix |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 teaspoon | pepper |
2 tablespoons | parsley |
4 | eggs |
1/4 cup | parmesan cheese |
Drain one jar of artichokes, reserving oil. Use oil to saute onions and garlic.
Add all ingredients and mix well. Put in 9x13 pan that has been greased.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Refrigerate for several hours. Bake at 350? for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares. May be served hot or cold.
