Maple-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

2 Tbsp. | olive oil |
2 Tbsp. | maple syrup |
1 tsp. | balsamic vinegar |

Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt & pepper. Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet and roast in a 400 degree oven, flipping once, until browned and tender, about 25 minutes.
