1 package | broccoli flowerets |
1 lb | bacon |
1 cup | raisins |
1 cup | grated cheddar cheese |
1 small | to med red onion |
2 tbsp | cider vinegar |
1 cup | mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | sugar, or splenda |
Cut bacon into small pieces. Cook and drain. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Mince the red onion. Combine bacon, raisins, cheese, onion and broccoli in large bowl. Mix well. Make salad dressing and add to broccoli mix
