1 cup | flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons | baking powder |
1/2 | salt |
1 cup | milk |
2 | eggs, well beaten |

Mix all ingredients except bread to make the batter
Trim edges off of the bread and cut in half.
Dip bread in batter. Fry in 1/2" of cooking oil.
Drain and keep warm in oven(150?) Sprinkle with powdered sugar, lemon and sour cream dip.
