    8  white bread slices, trim crusts
    6 oz  cheddar cheese, grated
    5  eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 cups  milk
    1 tbsp  onion flakes
    1 tsp  dry mustard

Spray 9x11 pan with pam. Line bottom with 1/2 bread. Layer with cheese, bread and cheese again. Beat eggs with onion flakes and dry mustard and milk. Pour over layers of bread and cheese. Let soak in for 10 minutes or make ahead and store in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Bake at 350? 45 minutes to 1 hour. (Longer if refrigerated)
