| 1 cup | flour |
| 1/2 teaspoon | baking powder |
| 3/4 teaspoon | salt |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1/2 cup | nuts,, (optional) |
| 2 | eggs beaten |
| 2/3 cup | Wesson of Crisco oil |
| 2 packages | unsweetened chocolate |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla |
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Beat sugar into eggs, mix in oil, chocolate and vanilla. Add flour all at once, mix well. Add nuts. Pour into
greased 7 by 11baking pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
