Tator Tot Breakfast Cassereole

Brown 1 LB of meat of your choice. Bacon, ham or sausage, or all :)
    2-3 cups  grated cheese
    2 cups  milk
    4  eggs
    1 package  frozen Tator Tots, (?2Lbs)

salt and pepper to taste. (easy on the salt)
I also like to add cayenne pepper to this dish

Set oven to 350.
Spread meat on bottom of greased 9X13 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over meat(s).
In a large bowl, mix milk, eggs and seasonings. Pour mixture over all. At this point, you can place in fridge overnight or continue to next step.

Place frozen Tator Tots on top and bake for at least 45-60 minutes or until done. Make sure center is done.

Serve with fresh fruits. Yummy.
