1 lb. | Ground Beef |
1/4 c. | Water |
soft tortilla shells | |
Sour Cream | |
Shredded Cheese | |
Lettuce | |
For seasoning: | |
2 tsp. | Dried Minced Onion |
1 tsp. | Salt |
1/2 tsp. | Pepper |
1/2 tsp. | Corn Starch, (or potato starch) |
1/2 tsp. | Garlic Powder |
1/4 tsp. | Dried Oregano |
1.5 tsp. | Cumin |
Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning together in a bowl and set aside. Brown the beef in a skillet. Add water and taco seasoning to the skillet. Lower heat and simmer for 4 minutes. Place a damp paper towel on a microwave safe plate. Place tortillas on the paper towel and cover with another damp paper towel. Microwave for 45 seconds or until warm and pliable. Place meat in the center of a tortilla and top with desired toppings (sour cream, lettuce, cheese). Fold in two sides, then bottom, and roll to the top. Eat & enjoy!
